Protein Kinase Classification:      Other      NKF5

※ NKF5 family introduction

NKF5 kinases are original defined as new kinase family 3. NFK3 contains two members in human genome, PDIK1 and PDIK1L. The two kinase members are characterized by their ability to interact with PDLIM1/CLP-36. More function and regulation remains more understood (1).
